Janitor Carts & Trolleys

Cleaning Trolley Supply for Melbourne Facilities

A cleaning trolley keeps chemicals, cloths, liners and tools together so cleaners can service a floor or building without repeated trips to the store room. This category is for office cleaners, schools, hospitals, aged care and hotel housekeeping teams in Melbourne that need a mobile workstation for daily rounds.

What to Look for in a Janitorial Cart

• Storage layout: shelves and caddies for spray bottles, plus space for a bin liner or waste bag, reduce bending and searching.
• Chemical separation: keep labelled bottles upright and away from consumables such as toilet paper and hand towel.
• Colour-coded organisation: storing cloths and mops by colour helps prevent cross-contamination between washrooms and kitchens.
• Manoeuvrability: consider doorways, lifts and corridor widths on your site, and check wheels regularly for hair and debris.
• Cleaning the cart: wipe down handles and shelves at the end of each shift so the trolley does not spread soil between areas.

Can a janitorial cart be used across different areas?

Yes, but keep colour-coded cloths and mops separated and clean the cart regularly to avoid carrying soil from washrooms into food areas.

Can I order consumables with the trolley?
