Commercial Floor Cleaner Range for Melbourne Cleaning Teams
Our commercial floor cleaner range brings together concentrated Agar detergents for mopping, auto-scrubbing and general hard-surface work. It is built for contract cleaners, building managers, schools, retail, warehouses and hospitality operators who clean large floor areas every day and want predictable results at a sensible cost per litre.
Many of these products double as an all purpose cleaner for benches, walls and fixtures, which helps reduce the number of chemicals on your cleaning trolley.
How to Choose Floor Cleaning Chemicals
Start with the floor type and the soil you are removing, then match the method. A sealed vinyl corridor, a polished concrete warehouse and a greasy café floor all need a different approach.
| Situation | What to look for |
|---|---|
| Sealed or polished floors with a finish | A neutral pH floor cleaner that lifts everyday dirt without dulling the polish |
| Heavy foot traffic and general grime | A stronger alkaline detergent, diluted to label rates |
| Auto-scrubbers and ride-on machines | A low-foam formula so the recovery tank does not overflow |
| Microfibre flat mops and quick turnarounds | A fast-drying, low-residue product that leaves minimal streaking |
Getting the dilution right matters as much as the product. Too much concentrate can leave a sticky film that attracts dirt; too little leaves soil behind. Use measuring cups or a dispensing system, change mop water regularly, and keep the SDS and label instructions where staff can read them. Wet-floor signage should go out before mopping starts.
Agar Floor Cleaners We Supply
Every product in this category is made by Agar. For finished floors, the Agar pH-7 neutral floor cleaner is a gentle daily choice. Machine operators often reach for Autoscrub low-foam floor cleaner, while teams using microfibre can try Mop’N’Dry fast-drying cleaner. Where tougher soil builds up, Superforce all purpose and floor cleaner offers extra cleaning power.
If you prefer pre-measured concentrates, see our CleanSave dilution and refill system.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is a neutral floor cleaner?
A neutral cleaner sits around pH 7, so it cleans without attacking floor polish or sealers. It is a common choice for daily maintenance on finished floors.
Can I use a standard floor cleaner in an auto-scrubber?
High-foaming detergents can cause problems in scrubber recovery tanks. Choose a product labelled low-foam or suitable for machine use.
Are these concentrates?
Most commercial floor products are supplied as concentrates. Check each product label for the recommended dilution for your task.
Do you supply Melbourne contract cleaners in bulk?
Yes. We work with contractors and facilities of all sizes; request a quote and our team will confirm pack sizes and pricing.
