Getting Good Results
Dose to the load size, soil level and water hardness shown on the label. Use chlorine bleach only on fabrics that can take it, and choose an oxygen bleach for colours. A laundry sour in the final rinse helps neutralise alkaline residue left by detergents. Keep the Safety Data Sheets with the machines.
Many laundries also wash reusable microfibre cloths; avoid fabric softener on these.

Frequently Asked Questions
Liquid or powder detergent?
Both work well. Liquids suit automatic dosing systems, while powders are often chosen for heavily soiled loads. Check what your machines and dosing equipment support.
What does a laundry sour do?
It is added in the final rinse to neutralise alkaline residue from the wash, which can help linen feel softer and reduce skin irritation.
