Toilet & Bathroom Cleaners

Toilet Cleaner and Washroom Chemicals – Melbourne Wholesale

This toilet cleaner range covers chemicals for bowls, urinals, general washroom surfaces and portable toilet waste tanks. It is built for cleaning contractors, venues, schools, builders and event hire companies that service amenities regularly, and Nova Supply supplies it in trade quantities throughout Melbourne and regional Victoria.

Selecting a Bathroom Cleaner

Washrooms usually need more than one product. Toilet bowls and urinals build up scale and organic soil, so they need a dedicated cleaner applied under the rim and left for the contact time stated on the label. Basins, partitions and tiles respond to a general bathroom cleaner, often diluted from concentrate. Portable toilets and holding tanks are a separate job again and call for a waste tank treatment.

Wear gloves and eye protection where the label recommends it, read the Safety Data Sheet before first use, and never combine toilet products with bleach or other chemicals, as some mixtures release harmful gases.

Agar Washroom Range

For bowls and urinals, Agar Bowl Clean antibacterial toilet and urinal cleaner is available from 750ml up to 20L. Agar All Fresh washroom cleaner concentrate handles everyday surfaces, and portable amenities are covered by the Agar Portacare waste tank sanitiser.

Frequently Asked Questions

How is a urinal cleaner different from a general cleaner?

Urinal and toilet cleaners are formulated to tackle the scale and residue that build up in bowls, which general surface cleaners are not designed to remove.

Can I use toilet cleaner on basins and tiles?

Only if the label says so. Many bowl cleaners are too strong for other surfaces, so use a washroom cleaner there instead.

What do I use for portable toilets?

Use a waste tank treatment designed for portable toilets, dosed as directed on the label.
