What is Oven Clean?
Grease, fat, carbon and burnt-on food residue are lifted quickly from grills, hotplates, ovens and combination steamer ovens by this foaming detergent. Its foaming trigger delivers a thick, rich foam that stays put on vertical surfaces.

How Does It Work?
The alkaline formula uses anionic and nonionic surfactants with water-soluble solvents to dissolve and emulsify fats and oils, while potassium hydroxide saponifies fats. Agar Oven Clean is a water-based detergent. The concentration of hydroxide has been set so that it will not attack the seals in combi-ovens.

| Convection Ovens | Heat the oven to 60°C and then turn it off. Spray neat OVEN CLEAN foam onto surfaces and leave 5 minutes to activate. Free up carbon deposits using a scraper or a stiff brush. Wipe away the dissolved solids with a damp cloth and follow with a thorough clean-water rinse. |
| Combi-Ovens | Switch off Combi-Oven and allow it to cool down slightly (it must be less than 80°C). Spray neat OVEN CLEAN foam onto internal surfaces and leave 5 minutes to activate. Wipe with a cloth, sponge or pad to help product break down residue. Remove all residue by wiping up with a damp cloth. Rinse surfaces with clean water. |
