Agar Oil Stain Remover Poultice Paste 1KG-10KG

What is Oil Stain Remover?

This absorbent white paste contains mineral turpentine. It is applied using the “poultice method” to draw out stubborn oil stains that have soaked into porous stone and concrete floors and wall tiles.

Key Benefits

• For deeply embedded oil stains in rough-surfaced bluestone, this is the ONLY WAY to get them out successfully
• Works where every other degreaser and detergent falls short
• No mixing; ready to apply

How Does It Work?

Bluestone and concrete floors are famously porous, so spilt car oil or fat from chips and food leaves an unsightly dark stain. The same thing happens when a hydraulic hose bursts on machinery like scissor lifts. Since the oil soaks deep into the surface, a heavy-duty detergent simply cannot clean these spots effectively. It takes off the surfaceoil, but the oil soaked into the pores stays behind and gradually works its way back up to replace what was removed. So, the spots will come back! For cleaning staff, this can be extremely frustrating. OIL STAIN REMOVER was developed to solve exactly this problem. The paste is spread over the stain and given overnight to activate. Turpentine within the paste wets the stained area and dissolves the oil. While the turpentine evaporates from the surface of the patch, it draws the oil upwards into the paste’s powder component. By the following day the paste has dried into a powder that can be swept away. Known as the poultice method, this process lifts out the oil spots.

For Use On…

Any hard surface with embedded oil stains can be treated. That makes it suitable for terrazzo, limestone, marble, terracotta, ceramic tiles, granite, bluestone and concrete. Engine oil, brake fluid, hydraulic fluid, cooking oil, dripping and fat are all removed.
