What is CM-X?
Strong yet low in odour, CM-X descales and removes rust, concrete, mortar splashes and lime scale from many kinds of hard surface. It cleans brickwork extremely well and dissolves cement dust and splashes from machinery and concrete mixing trucks.

How Does It Work?
Its base is an organic-salt complex, which is gentler than straight hydrochloric acid. As a result, fumes and odour are much reduced, yet it retains enough acid reserve to continue reacting. The product’s acidity breaks down the lime in concrete into water-soluble salts that rinse away.
For use on…
Concrete pumps, level screeders, trowels, floats, portable concrete mixers and concrete mixing trucks are ideal applications. Paintwork and plastics in reasonable condition can be treated, and steel, iron and stainless steel are barely affected. Avoid using it on aluminium or zinc, particularly at high temperatures.
For brickwork, terra cotta, slate or ceramic tiles, dilute it to no less than 1 in 5. Since it dissolves concrete, keep it off terrazzo, marble, laminates and any other surface sensitive to acid.
