How does it work?
Its caustic potash content tackles burnt-on protein residues and fats at speed. A chosen blend of surfactants emulsifies and disperses carbon, protein, oil and fat residues, so a light scrub is all it takes before the surface rinses clean.

Agar Sizzle Dilution Guide
| Task / soil level | Recommended use |

| Ovens | Warm the oven to 60°C, then switch it off before applying Sizzle. Apply neat SIZZLE onto surfaces and leave 5 minutes to activate. Break up carbon residue with a scraper or a stiff brush. Remove the dissolved solids using a damp cloth, then rinse well with clean water. |
| Grills & Hotplates | When you have finished cooking, switch off the hotplate and wait 5 minutes for it to cool. The surface needs to be warm, not running at full heat. Scrape food residues off then apply neat SIZZLE. Let it sit wet for 10-15 minutes so it can activate. Scrub using a spatula, brush or griddle pad, then finish by wiping clean with a cloth. |
| Deep Fryers | Drain the cooking oil once it has cooled. Partly fill fryer with cold water and add SIZZLE at the rate of 40ml per litre of water. Fill with water as far as the upper oil level and bring the fryer to the boil. Let it simmer until the surface is clean. Apply the solution by brush to any other greasy surfaces nearby. |
