| Ovens | Bring the oven up to 60°C, then turn the heat off. Apply neat KOOKA- KLEENA onto surfaces and leave 5 minutes to activate. |
| Grills & Hotplates | Turn hotplate off after use and allow to cool for a few |
| minutes. Surface should be warm but not at all full heat | Switch on exhaust fans. Scrape food residues off then apply neat KOOKA-KLEENA. Leave wet to activate for 5- 10 minutes. Scrub with brush, spatula or griddle pad then drain solution off. Rinse surfaces thoroughly with drinking-quality water after using Kooka-Kleena. Brush surface with vinegar. |
| Deep Fryers | Allow the cooking oil to cool before draining it. Partly fill fryer with warm water and add KOOKA-KLEENA at the rate of 1 cup per litre of water. Add water to the fryer up to the upper oil level, then bring it to the boil. Hold it at a simmer until the surface is clean. Brush the solution onto any other greasy areas surrounding the fryer. |
